North Investor is a Norwegian-based investment company in venture capital and private equity. We target companies in the early stages with strong teams and global potential. We offer crucial financing at an early stage that enables the growth of the companies. We buy both regulated and unregulated properties for development and further sale. Our focus is especially on the leisure segment and housing development.

Hellandshamn – right on the seafront north of Ålesund, Norway.
The project is located in the sea gap at Hellandshamna in Helland, centrally between Ålesund and Molde in Møre og Romsdal, Norway. The site has been the starting point for fishing and hunting for thousands of years – something that burial mounds and remains from the Stone Age can attest to.
Idyllically situated right on the seafront, sea cabins and holiday homes will be built with a total of 28 units in 4 different areas at the project property. Owned by North Assets AS. Sale starting 15.12.2020.
Fintech-as-a-Service: An All-in-one integrated platform.
FlexM Pte Ltd is a Singapore based supplier of cashless payment solution that solves wages/payments and transfer needs of groups without bank access – as well as their employers in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.
FlexM will be collaborating with Asian Development Bank (ADB) to co-create an innovative digital payment solution.The digital partnership news was announced by ADB shortly after FlexM won the ‘ADB Pay: Digital Payments Challenge’ at the recently held ADB-AIM Hackathon 2019. FlexM is founded by Rune W Nilsson, Executive Chairman. North Assets AS is still major shareholder.
MDF List AB is a Swedish company with its own production of EB-cured painted MDF products.
The unique EB method creates a smooth, age-resistant and very durable surface. The highly automated plant in Karlskoga of 8000 m2 produces up to 40,000 meters of lists per day.
MDF List AB currently has 10 employees. In addition to MDF moldings, window sills and other interior details are also manufactured. MDF List AB is owned by North Assets AS.

Englekor Utvikling AS is a project company responsible for the development of detached houses and apartments at Englekor in Halden. The company is owned by North Assets AS and the area of the regulated plot is 75 acres. Sale starts 15.12.2020.
North Kvitfjell AS – a new company in the North Group has recently seen the day of light.
North Kvitfjell AS was established due to the opportunity to develop and build high-class holiday homes in one of Norway’s most popular ski destinations, Kvitfjell. Six spacious and expensive large-format cabins are ready for sale as of mid-March 2021. The cabins are scheduled for completion and ready for moving into by Christmas 2021.
